 BIOGRAPHY 


Timea Anita Oravecz, born in Budapest, graduated at 2007 BFA, Accademia di Belle Arti, Department of Sculpture, Venice and Master Student by Professor Olafur Eliasson, Institut für Raumexperimente (2009-2011), Examination at 2011 February.

She has won several grants eg.: Finalist for Mostyn Open Award, Mostyn Gallery, Wales (2015), Fellowship Residency Program Kamov supported by Department of Culture, City of Rijeka, Croatia (2014), Fellowship Goldrausch Künstlerinnenprojekt art IT, Berliner Senat, Berlin (2011-2012), New York Prize at the Triangle Arts Association, New York (2010), DAAD Fellowship Awarded Artist, UDK Berlin (2008-2009) and Hans Purrmann Prize (2009), Scholarship involving the use of an Artist Studio (2005-2006) and The First Prize, Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation, Venice (2004).

She has presented her works at solo shows in Berlin, Helsinki, and more than fifty group exhibition at: eg. 17th Art Biennial Serbia (2016), The Zacheta National Gallery of Art, Warsaw (2016), 1st OFF Biennale, Budapest (2015), Mostyn Gallery, Wales (2015),

BIOGRAFIA


Timea Anita Oravecz, nata a Budapest; studia presso l‘Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia - Dipartimento di Scultura, laureata con il punteggio 110/110 e Lode nel 2007 a Venezia. Dal 2009 al 2011 Studente di Master presso Prof. Olafur Eliasson, Institut für Raumexperimente a Berlino, laurea con il massimo punteggio nel 2011 febbraio.

Finalista di Mostyn Open Award, Mostyn Gallery, Wales (2015), vincitrice della Borsa „Artist in Residence Programm“ Kamov con il supporto del Dipartimento della Cultura della Città di Fiume, Croazia (2014), Borsa di studio Berliner Senat, Goldrausch Künstlerinnenprojekt art IT, Berlino (2011-2012). Assegnazione del Premio New York presso Triangle Arts Assocation, New York, USA (2010), del Premio Hans Purrmann (2009), e Borsa di Studio DAAD, UdK, Berlino (2008-2009), Assegnazione di uno studio personale per la durata di un anno (2005-2006) e del I. premio da parte della Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, Venezia (2004)
